Yeah so 2015 was a mess of a year for me. I had allot of personal problems I had to get through & it clearly affected my work. I feel now that its 2016 I need to make this year my best & give it my all & if I cant? Well then its time to give it up professionally.
I'm not ashamed of my behavior because its o.k to be vulnerable when things go bad. I am only human in the end of the day & i'm not sorry for that. So if you read this , Know that I am going to give my absolute best this year to a business that I care about deeply! & Photography! The only way I know how to express myself

I took this picture a wee while ago now while I was attending a wedding on the Hudson River.
I remember the weather took a rather dramatic turn for worse/better.
Personally I never seem lightning quite like this before. A few folk where actually a little freaked out by it. however me being a total idiot that I can be from time to time, I ended up being top side on the ferry for over an hour trying to get a picture of Lightning.Please make no mistake about it you will never photograph anything harder in your life than a bolt of lightning . it dosnt strike the same place twice & it's virtually just a wild guess as to were you point your camera . I was fortunate enough to get this shot & truth be told i'm not 100% happy with it.
On the bright side at least my Tripod wasn't made out of Iron
Worked my 3rd Glasgow Pride in a row & by far the easiest one yet. I had told myself next year I wouldn't work it & let someone else take a shot at it. but to be honest after all the fun I had how could I ever give it to someone else - one more round ;)
I just spent my birthday doing a photoshoot for a porn star - to be fare he was a gay porn star...
but still
So happy to have made the front cover of
'What's on Highlands' arts magazine.
and even happier that its's the lovely Daiquiri Dusk.a truly wonderful person & amazing performer.
Had a wonderful shoot with Lexi the other day First time shooting people can always be a little awkward. luckily for me Lexi is very friendly & extremely down to earth .
Which made working with her an absolute treat.

Close yet Far
After spending 20 minutes looking up at this hill I finally decided to call it a day.
The snow was legit knee high i'd already been climbing most of the day but at this point I was truly defeated even though it was barely 30 feet high I just simply couldn't do it anymore
Well it's not like Callum missed a beat or anything so

Had Louise stop on by for a quick shoot for her first time, I must say she's a real natural

With a wonderful look & fantastic attitude I highly recommend Mimi I seriously can't wait to work with her again

Pretty gutted Halloween weekend is coming to an end I love working Halloween
everyone makes a good effort & they genuinely want a picture
of themselves dressed up. there fun to work with 1 minute your working with zombies
